Potatoes 500 g / 17.6 oz.
Fill with water.

Bay leaf and peppercorns.
Boil potatoes for 7 minutes.
Finely chop the broccoli.
Drain the potatoes.
Mushrooms.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat.
1 yellow bell pepper.
Salt. Black pepper.
2 garlic.
Mix well.
Butter 2 tablespoons.
Flour 50 g / 2 tablespoons.
Milk 2 cups / 500 ml.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Parmesan Cheese 40g/1.4oz.
Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon.
Salt 1 teaspoon.
Olive oil.
Add sauce.
Mozzarella cheese.
Cook in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon.
